Frogg Toggs rain suits are GUARANTEED to be 100% waterproof. We also give you peace of mind by providing you with a 1 year warranty against manufacturer defects such the ripping of seams, breaking of buttons, etc.

RETURN POLICY

If you receive a suit that does not fit properly or in an unlikely situation you discover that your suit has a defect you may return for an exchange or a refund. In order to return the suit to us, you must have purchased the suit from froggtoggsraingear.com. Otherwise, you will have to consult the store which you purchased your Frogg Toggs.

Things to do if you are returning or exchanging your purchase:

• Provide proof of purchase
• Include $6 in the form of check or cash to cover return shipping (We ship free within the U.S. on the initial order, but require return shipping for exchanges).
• Please include a note stating the issue with suit and what you would like us to do.... such as the XL suit was to large, please exchange for a large... or we had an issue with __________ please see the sticky note that is marking the trouble spot.
