If you receive a suit that does not fit properly or in an unlikely situation you discover that your suit has a defect you may return for an exchange or a refund. In order to return the suit to us, you must have purchased the suit from froggtoggsraingear.com. Otherwise, you will have to consult the store which you purchased your Frogg Toggs.
Things to do if you are returning or exchanging your purchase:
- Provide proof of purchase (order #)
- Include $6 in the form of a check (no cash accepted) to cover return shipping and restocking fee if the suit is not defective
- (Make check out to Cromer LLC) Tags must still be attached unless item is being returned under warranty
- Exchanges must be made received within 30 days from the day of purchase Please include a note stating the issue with suit and what you would like us to do.... such as the XL suit was to large, please exchange for a large... or we had an issue with __________ please see the sticky note that is marking the trouble spot.
